1 Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the takabdt platform and all its services. By accessing the takabdt.bio website or mobile app, or by creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Takabdt is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use takabdt.

2 Account Register

Providing accurate and truthful information when creating an account on takabdt is mandatory. takabdt reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false or incorrect information at any time.

• Each individual may only create one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.
• Your password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified. Payment features will be restricted until verification is complete.
• Keeping your account secure is entirely your own responsibility. Any suspicious activity must be reported to takabdt support immediately.
• To update any information provided at registration, you must contact the support team and submit the relevant supporting documents.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to use takabdt's services. We maintain a strict stance against underage access and may request government-issued ID for age verification at any time.

• Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any takabdt services.
• You may be required to provide a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate for age verification.
• If takabdt determines that an account is being used by a minor, that account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
• Takabdt services are available exclusively to residents of Bangladesh. Access may be restricted from certain countries.

4 Betting Rules

Every member must fully understand these rules before placing bets on takabdt. In the event of any betting dispute, takabdt's decision shall be final.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Please verify all details before placing a bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or unforeseen circumstances, takabdt reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• During live betting, odds may change due to network delays. The last confirmed odds will be considered final.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
• If irregularities or suspicious activity are detected in any betting market, all bets placed in that market may be voided.
• Any attempt at match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage by dishonest means will result in permanent account closure.

5 Payments & Transactions

Takabdt supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT. The following payment rules must be followed at all times.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 50,000 per day.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — if you deposited via Mobile Banking, you must withdraw to Mobile Banking.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted. All transactions must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Takabdt is legally obligated to report any evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Takabdt regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. Accepting a bonus means you agree to its specific conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on your first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 to 30 times.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Takabdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or betting markets — please read the terms for each offer.
• Cashback bonuses are generally credited to active members' accounts every Monday.

7 Responsible Gaming

Takabdt places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe entertainment is best enjoyed in moderation. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your personal or family life, please contact our support team immediately.

• Deposit limit — set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap.
• Cooling-off period — take a break from gaming for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion — you may request permanent closure of your account at any time.
• Reality Check — the app will notify you at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Takabdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• If you register with false information or fail to complete account verification.
• If bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or syndicate betting is detected and proven.
• Attempting to exploit platform technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive or threatening behaviour towards other members or staff.

Whether a balance is refunded upon account closure depends on the nature of the violation. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Takabdt is committed to protecting the personal information of its members. Any details you provide are used solely for service operation, identity verification, and relevant communications.

10 Amendments & Effectiveness

Takabdt reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform along with the effective date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• All disputes must first be raised through takabdt's customer support for resolution.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
